		<description>Loved this basement updated when I saw it in the magazine.

I have to second Alexandra&#039;s comment on basements. Having grown up in the Midwest, basements are the norm. Now that we&#039;re in the West, I definitely miss the extra space and storage for holiday stuff, etc. Especially since the garages here are tiny! We can only have one car in the garage plus our stuff.
