Around New England, it seems that realtors have a fairly thin understanding of the power of staging homes for sale. However in Sweden, they have gotten the art down to a fine science. At least the firm Alvem has (judging from this gorgeous apartment). Here each intricate detail has been seen to – from the amount of soap in the bathroom to the jauntily placed shopping bags in the hall. In fact Alvem is so good at making homes look comfy that they opened their own home goods shop and cafe.
This particular apartment seems to have been sold already (hmmm – wonder why). I love the extensive use of white on white and the economy of furniture – not that I could ever actually live that way. But it’s nice to think so.
