Amy Adams cooks up a storm in her current film, Julie & Julia ~ but in truth the actress’ busy schedule precludes such culinary adventurism. But according to the September issue of Glamour, Amy is a wiz at Guacamole and Chips! She recommends adding a shot of tequila to really perk this recipe up.
Amy Adams Guacamole
3 avocados
1/2 fresh jalapeno pepper with seeds removed, finely chopped
1 tomatillo, husked, chopped
1/2 tomato, chopped into 1/4 inch cubes
Handful of cilantro
Juice of 1 lime
Pinch of red pepper flakes
Salt & Pepper to taste
Blue Chips (or your favorite variety)
Mash avocados in a bowl for a fork, stir in remaining ingredients. Serve with chips.

this movie is really fun and well worth seeing. the recipe looks pretty good too.
This recipe is good, I’ve replaced my “standard” guacamole recipe with this bad dog and it always gets good raves.
